I cooked these delicious cookies for my family and they loved them. Now they want the recipe and wants me to cook them every holiday!

My husband loved these. Although not the favorite of everyone else, I would recommend making these sometime just by themselves, not as a Christmas cookie to compete with the others as they probably won't get eaten as quickly. However, they were good and I would like to make them again.

Wonderful cookies! A number of people thought they were great. Not too sweet or filling. I have to agree, too much filling. Next time, I'll cut it in half and use either macadamian (sp?) or pecans :-) A definante crowd pleaser!
